What is Psychotherapy
Psychotherapy is recognised as an effective method for dealing with personal problems. It provides a safe and reliable environment in which to talk and explore feelings in a non-judgemental setting; often impossible to create under any other circumstances.
Therapy helps you to understand how past life experience affects the present and influences the way you relate to yourself and others. Exploring your concerns can help you to understand your strengths, help to develop greater self awareness and to find ways to make changes.
I offer both short term and open ended work, depending on your needs, which will be discussed at an initial consultation. Sessions are fifty minutes long, usually once or twice a week and at the same time every week. Fees range from £50-£70 with some low cost places available.
